As data controller, consisting of providing its clients with a computerized online document management system (in SaaS mode),JIS COMPUTING, the publisher of TEO LOGISTICS, has completed all the necessary administrative formalities with the competent authorities.    • from May 25, 2018, European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to free movement of this data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, often referred to as GDPR);
   • French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computing, files and freedoms, as well as its developments. Sages has filed several declarations with the CNIL, one of which, registered under number 2186552, concerns the processing of personal data intended to provide the logistics management service of TEO LOGISTICS.


Article 2 - Subcontractor
Similarly, as a subcontractor for its clients using the online computerized document management system (in SaaS mode), JIS COMPUTING, the publisher of TEO LOGISTICS, has completed all necessary administrative formalities with the competent authorities, in particular European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, often referred to as GDPR).
It should be noted that the information and documents deposited in TEO LOGISTICS are protected by a secure space for each client.
Therefore, neither employees nor service providers nor end users whose accounts have been created by other clients of TEO LOGISTICS can access the content of documents filed in your space TEO LOGISTICS.


Article 3 - Purposes
The collection of data on the TEO LOGISTICS site aims to:
   • Implementation of online document management service TEO LOGISTICS;
   • Management of your address book;
   • Customer and prospect support;
   • Studies and analyzes of the use of services, in particular with the aim of improving the sites and services. As a subcontractor, JIS Computing cannot determine the purposes of processing personal data which may be contained in documents filed by its clients. Article 4 - Field of data collected
4.1 Data contained in the documents filed in TEO LOGISTICS
The provisions concerning the data contained in the documents you submit to TEO LOGISTICS are governed by our General Conditions of Use, in particular in their section entitled "Clauses relating to the confidentiality of personal data contained in the documents filed in TEO LOGISTICS". Any end user of TEO LOGISTICS for whom valid access has been created by a customer who has requested the opening of an account has accepted these general conditions.
4.2 Data processed for the implementation of the service TEO LOGISTICS
To use the TEO LOGISTICS service, the customer who has opened an account creates access to the service. The data processed to create and manage these accesses includes a username and a password. The identifier is an email address, as it is necessary for the use of the service, which requires sending notifications or links, including activation, by email. Connection data is also collected and processed, in particular the IP address used for the connection: this is necessary to be able to assist you and satisfy our legal constraints, in particular with regard to the traceability of access and use. When you use the email document sharing feature, TEO LOGISTICS collects the email address of the recipient with whom the document is shared. This is necessary to be able to send the share link. All actions you perform on documents are logged: submission, index settings, automatic indexing, sharing (including recipient address), etc. This is necessary for the proper functioning of the service, one of its functionalities being to track and find actions carried out on documents.
4.3 Processing locations
The processing of personal data that TEO LOGISTICS is likely to carry out is carried out in data centers hosted in France (Scaleway, Paris, and OVH, Roubaix), in its premises (Louvres, France), and at its service providers in France. The processing operations directly under the control of TEO LOGISTICS are therefore all carried out in France. If a service provider, supplier or subcontractor of TEO LOGISTICS carries out processing in a country which is not in the European Union or in a country appearing on the list of countries recognized as adequate while having given the necessary guarantees (for example, by adhering to programs such as Privacy Shield, Safe Harbor, or by putting in place Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), etc.), the relationship contractual between TEO LOGISTICS and this third party requires the implementation of appropriate guarantees. As of today, TEO LOGISTICS does not work with such third parties.
4.4 Recipients of data processed for the implementation of the service
TEO LOGISTICS may disclose personal data provided by you, or by the subscriber of the service, to its employees, service providers or affiliated organizations that: • need to know know this information to process it on behalf of TEO LOGISTICS or to provide services available on the sites of TEO LOGISTICS, and • have agreed not to disclose it to some thirds.
